Store location open by appointment only. Alternatively, book a virtual fitting with Angela, buy online, and curbside pickup. Or add shipping at checkout (typically $10-$15)

The London Breastfeeding Boutique

A small local shop specifically for breastfeeding moms. Nursing bra fitting service for your most comfortable support while feeding your baby.

Covid-19 Business Policies

At this time The London Breastfeeding Boutique is only available for shopping by appointment.

As a mama with my two young kiddos who are now home with me, I'm taking on a limited amount of appointments per week.  My husband and I arrange for him to watch our daughters while I take appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm-7pm.  Please email or DM on social media to arrange.

If these timeslots do not work for you, please message me and we can chat about alternatives.  With enough notice I can be flexible on dates and timing.

It’s always easiest to shop at my boutique without your baby if that is available to you. Babies love to be held, especially by their mommies, and that’s impossible to do while trying on bras. So, if you can shop without them, I know it’ll be easier on you, but if that’s not possible and they’re able to stay in their car seat while you’re in the changeroom you’re welcome to bring them with you.  Know that it's a small space and that my goal will always be to stay 2m away from your babe whenever possible. ⁣

For our appointment I will be wearing a mask and hope you do too if that is available to you. There will be hand sanitizer right as you enter to be used throughout your visit if you'd like.

For all online orders I include a pair of disposable breastpads to make home try-ons more sanitary and facilitate returns/exchanges if needed.  So long as the product is in like-new conditions with the tags on I'm happy to process a return.

Location & Hours

Open by appointment only

The London Breastfeeding Boutique is located 96 Wharncliffe Road South in London, Ontario.

Since the covid-19 pandemic, I've changed the way I operate my business.  There are currently two ways for me to support you in finding your ideal nursing bra fit.

Both are free of charge.

1. Book a virtual fitting with me. We'll meet on zoom and I'll guide you through taking your own measurements. Then, using your measurements and personal preferences as a guide, I'll make style and size recommendations for you.  You can then buy online and arrange for either curbside pickup or pay for shipping (typically $10-$15).

2. Book a shopping appointment with me at the boutique. I'm opening my schedule up for in-person appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 4pm.

The Story

Angela opened The London Breastfeeding Boutique in 2018.  She had been dreaming of opening a business that would support breastfeeding moms ever since relocating away from her favourite local breastfeeding boutique in Ottawa - Milkface.  When she met another mama-to-be in London who wanted to breastfeed her baby but had been unsuccessful at finding a properly fitting nursing bra, Angela knew it was the right time to open a store that would bring in a wide range of sizes and styles of nursing bras, offer a fitting service with them, and also carry breastfeeding-friendly apparel and other products that make the lives of breastfeeding moms easier.

4 reasons to be fitted for your nursing bra

You’ve just finished carrying extra weight on your front for the past 9 months. A properly fitting nursing bra will take the load off your shoulders and allow the weight of those milk makers to be more evenly distributed over the core of your body.

Bras I used as a nursing mama who struggled with clogged ducts and mastitis

After battling the blocks a couple times, I discovered that I needed to prevent my ducts from clogging in the first place. I did that by altering my wardrobe. These two products were such life savers for me that I carry both in my store.

What I'm getting at is that I felt really inspired by this post. It really helped me form my vision for my boutique - to be a place for the mother to be mothered. A place to help make their commitment to giving their babies the best nourishment possible a little easier. A little more comfortable.

When is the best time to buy your first nursing bra? Is early pregnancy too early?

My answer is anytime in pregnancy is a great time to venture into the world of comfortable, supportive nursing bras. There are some great nursing bras you can pick up right away. Honestly I feel that every pregnant woman deserves to be as comfortable as possible while you focus on building the miracle that’s inside you.

My best recommendation is a seamless bra.  In my opinion every mama needs at least one of these.
