2️⃣ If you’re prone to clogged milk ducts (and you won’t know until you’re in it, unfortunately), an ill-fitting bra that is too tight, even if it is underwire-free, could cause your milk ducts to block and in turn lead to mastitis.
3️⃣ Breathing properly is important - making sure your rib cage can expand and contract, without being restricted by your bra band, as you take in good deep breaths is the foundation to getting much needed oxygen flowing through your body.
